Feeling very lucky this morning as my first Deadline article is out!

I really feel like I won the lottery with this incredible cast & crew, whose kindness, ambition and work ethic know no bounds. It is not lost on me that I'm being featured alongside some incredibly accomplished young actors here in our Canadian industry, who I am now privileged to call my friends. It was an absolute blast to work with them on my first feature film. It really is such a rare thing to have the camaraderie that we found on set happen so quickly. Our key filmmakers led with kindness, inclusion and incredible care, and I will carry that with me for my whole career. The more care you extend to your work and to your colleagues, the richer your film becomes. It fills the frame.
