The constant worry, the invasive treatments, the waiting — all of this can leave a lasting impact. It’s important to recognize that trauma is part of the journey for many survivors, and healing isn’t linear.

It’s that time of year again – CPR Month is around the corner! This November, we’re not just spreading awareness; we’re taking action. CPR Month is an annual public education campaign led by the Canadian Red Cross to raise awareness about the importance of learning CPR.
