We’re so excited to welcome Madison to the Fit Barre instructor team, and trust us, you’re going to feel her classes 🔥
With a lifelong dance background, Madison brings the perfect mix of strength, control, and musicality to every class. Think intentional movement, strong cues, and that deep, full-body shake that hits just right (and keeps you coming back for more 💥).
By day, she works in Learning & Development, helping people grow and step into their potential, and she brings that same energy into the studio. Her classes are all about building strength, confidence, and resilience… one pulse at a time.
When she’s not at the barre, you’ll find her rock climbing, checking out local Hamilton breweries, or hanging with her cat Vader 🐾🍻

Calling all expecting mamas 🤰 we’re so excited to introduce a supportive, education-based workshop designed for your changing body ✨
Whether you’re newly pregnant or further along, this session will help you feel confident walking into class (and moving through pregnancy) with the knowledge and tools you need.
🍼 what to expect:
– education on pelvic floor anatomy + how it impacts your workouts
– safe, effective modifications for barre + movement
– light movement to put it all into practice
– simple birth prep strategies you can carry with you (in class + beyond)
We are offering this workshop in collaboration with 🫐 bringing expert guidance so you can move safely and confidently every step of the way.
