This Galley is beautiful (at least to me) . There is so much character (and work) to be done!
It's the official start to our
It's sure to be a ride! First thing is taking out the floors, then fixing a few supports. But Galley is fairly solid for such an old Canadian bus!
Have you seen this bus around fellow ? We would love history and stories! I've heard tell Galley was a party bus? And used to be parked at the galley pump?

The Countdown is on! The Car is slightly packed, we did manage to do a small mock set up of the First Up tent. We still have to pack our Inventory in the car, so it will be a busy morning! But the Square is loaded, and we do have some change on hand as well. My cell phone did decide to quit though so I have been rushing trying to get my Moms old cell phone working, just in case the cell signals are weird in Freelton.
ON the shiny side, at least it did it today and not tomorrow. I have a bit of time to get it all sorted.
In any case, I am headed to bed, I will see you all tomorrow!

Now that we are more open, as well as more vaccinated Wyldespun has met and has some plans!
We have this lovely big outside space, super long bench, as well as a storage shed to go up. Which is just as well in all honesty, as when I took a look around at the wood we collected last year, its everywhere! Time to make some more stock! We have a few more plans as well other than just our traditional spindles. Expansion is key!
As is challenging yourself.

An overnight stay for my Birthday at my parents Farm. We have odd shaped hobbies, and packing the car was difficult.
So stoked to be here *and just anywhere else* hopefully the wind will calm down so the planes can go up, it also assists in the fibre not blowing away....
Keep you posted!

I couldn't decide if I wanted an apron, or a dress, but definitely wanted a pocket. I will probably add button to keep the pocket in place when I put my phone in it. My challenge with this was I "found" the dress front... finished but could not remember what exactly this Abandoned WIP was from. So I tore apart another Abandoned WIP and finished up! It's super comfortable and the open back keeps it from being too overly warm, which is am issue I have with some of my other worsted weight crochet dresses... it does mean I reach for a cardigan though! (Luckily I just finished one, so even though it is super bright and doesn't match I am still wearing them together!
Also I showered and put on a real bra for this....
