Katheleen is a Venture Capital Investor on the investment team at StandUp Ventures. Based in Toronto, Katheleen helps develop investment theses, source and screen startups, conduct due diligence, support pre and post investment pipeline management, build investment memos and financial models, and contribute to investment decisions.

Prior to Venture Capital investment, Katheleen worked for 2 years in Product Marketing & Growth, where she was responsible for operations, growth, research, analytics, digital marketing, stakeholder management, user experience, and customer success. She was also the Co-Founder of Lifescape, a startup tracking technology that analyzes relationships between lifestyle factors, delivers individualized actionable insights, and promotes positive behavioural change.
