Important Tips and Common Mistakes to Avoid When Using Your Washer
(Please take a moment to read before operating your appliance)
1. Do not overload the washer.
Overloading reduces washing performance and can strain the motor and suspension.
2. Distribute laundry evenly around the drum.
This helps the washer spin smoothly and prevents imbalance or noise during the cycle.
3. Use only the recommended amount of detergent.
Adding more than necessary will not clean better — it only wastes detergent and may clog the drain pump or damage internal components.
4. Allow the washer to complete its initial sensing phase.
After pressing the Start button, the washer will take a short time to sense load size and balance before beginning. Please do not restart it during this phase, as doing so may damage the control board.
5. Never unplug the washer to restart it.
This can cause serious electronic damage to the control board. Always use the Power or Cancel button instead.
6. Do not attempt to open the door before the cycle is complete.
7.
Forcing the door open can damage the lock mechanism and the control board.
