This week at Crêperie Verlan, we may have accidentally created the perfect excuse to “just grab brunch.”
Our feature Toastie is stacked with roasted sweet potato, creamy goat cheese, spinach, French onion jam, and herb aioli… then topped with a dreamy poached egg because restraint is overrated.
Meanwhile, the crêpe special is bringing spring energy with ham, swiss, spinach, local asparagus, sunny egg, and leek aioli. Basically a French countryside picnic disguised as brunch.
And if you somehow still have room:
Kahlua + coffee crème brûlée.
You’re welcome.
Pair it with one of our boozy French press coffees and suddenly your brunch turns into a personality trait.

We’re feeling this one
A huge thank you to The Hamilton Spectator and Erin Dunham for the incredible feature, being named one of the best bites on Barton Street is something we don’t take lightly.
Our Crêpe Suzette got a little spotlight… described as “beautifully classic… with a twist” and “incredible. Truly.”
Not bad for a humble little crêpe.
Barton Street has officially entered its main character era and we’re proud to be part of it.
