🌟 Meet the YOW & COR Teams! 🌟

We’re here to support, guide, and empower youth in our communities! 💙💡

👥 Youth Outreach Workers (YOWs) support at-risk youth (ages 12-21) and their families by building relationships, identifying needs, and connecting them to resources that help them make healthy life choices.

🚀 The COR Team provides preventative outreach to priority youth (ages 12-25) at risk of gang involvement or violence, focusing on Indigenous, Black, Newcomer, and Female youth.

Together, we’re working to create a safer, stronger future for youth! 💪
