“Growing up as a competitive figure skater, I learned early on how important it is to take care of both the body and the mind. That experience sparked my passion for health and wellness and eventually led me to pursue massage therapy, graduating from Mohawk College.

As a Registered Massage Therapist, my approach is all about working with the body to support its natural ability to heal. I focus on nervous system regulation, reducing pain, improving mobility, and helping clients feel more balanced in their day-to-day lives. Every person’s needs are unique, and I enjoy creating treatments that meet you where you’re at—whether your goal is recovery, relaxation, or simply feeling your best.

I am also training in Somatic Experiencing, a body-based approach to healing, which deepens my ability to support clients and their nervous system.

Outside of the clinic, I love staying active, spending time outdoors, playing pickleball and continuing to explore new ways to nurture overall wellness!”
