As if being raised by my tiny human and my pup isn't excitement enough, I've decided it's time for more adventures in the Great Wide Somewhere of the working world.

I'm excited to announce that after 9 wonderful years in the Canada Life ecosystem, I am switching things up. I have recently joined Investia Financial services and created my own independent financial planning company.

I'm grateful to my friends, family and clients for supporting me throughout this transitional phase and excited for the growth and adventures to come!

Ps. Yes, the "raised by" was intentional. These little creatures keep me on my toes and learning new things every day!

Apparently it's National Puppy Day. Really, it seems like every day is puppy day around here. But, who needs an excuse to see another photo of my beautiful boy? :)

When you're thinking of sorting out your financial planning for the first time and you're nervous but excited at the same time! And then, you decide to just go with it and enjoy the ride.

There's always a bit of a learning curve when it comes to anything new - and that's part of the fun of it. This weekend, Link tested out some agility equipment for the first time and had a blast. His learning and training is constantly ongoing - and that's the way it should be.

Similarly, financial planning is always a work in progress - so jump on in and enjoy the ride! My team and I are happy to help smooth things out so it's less bumpy. :)

Note: the only thing I can't smooth out are my awkward segues. 😂
