Bambu Restaurant

Hi Everyone!
I wanted to announce the closing of our restaurant. As many of you know I have been planning to exit the restaurant business for a while now and it is finally official. The past 15 years with you all have been truly rewarding and I will forever be grateful for the support that the Hamilton community has given me.

Although I am sad, I am also very excited for the new restaurant that will be taking over our space. They are an amazing and experienced restaurant group that i know will be a great addition to the downtown restaurant scene. I cant say who they are yet but I hope you will continue to show them the same support that you have shown me.
