Hi! It's been a while! We're still here quietly operating with a small and mighty committed crew of workout warriors! With Christmas right around the corner, you're bound to know a few peeps that are hard to buy for🤷‍♀️ Why not give a new experience in the form of Kettlebell Training? Classes are small, personal, and judgement-free! Gift Certificates are available for private lessons or 5 and 10 class passes! They can be delivered electronically or printed (local only). In the interest of becoming brilliant, or at the very least reducing stress, I'm simplifying things by eliminating some of the tools I've incorporated that I just don't have the time to maintain. At the end of this month I am decommissioning my website and scheduling platform. They were super useful a year ago when I had more time on my hands to build, update, and maintain, but I was starting to resent the business. Now I can free up time and energy to actually teach kettlebells, which I absolutely love doing. Reach out for one on one lessons, and stay tuned for info on group classes.
