Day 4 of pizza a day and here we have a spicy pepperoni. With a Calabrian chili tomato sauce, mozzarella and parmigiana, Venetian pepperoni and sweet pickled jalapeños infused with clove. Tomorrow we’re going to be starting some more controversial pizzas now that we’ve got some safe ones out of the way.
