A letter to our lovely clients. We are proud to be a small business as we are able to provide your dogs with much more intimate care and training.
However our time and resources are limited and while training and welfare of our furry friends remains the top priority, we have multiple jobs simultaneously: social media manager, bookkeeper, maintenance crew, kennel attendant, trainer, shuttle services, client support, HR, sales team, administration, and more.
We love our job but unfortunately, sometimes there is simply not enough time in a day to reply to everyone. We have recently launched an online portal to keep you updated on your dogs with weekly report cards and videos during their stay with us.
Please be patient with us while we transition to our online system.
