As the Summer Solstice reaches its peak of light, join us for a sacred afternoon of sound healing, guided meditation, heart-centered breathwork, and spirit drum journeying.
Together, we gather in intentional community to honour this powerful seasonal turning point, attuning to the energies of renewal, expansion, and inner awakening. Through sacred sound, auric alignment, and heart-coherent breathing, participants are invited to soften, restore, and reconnect with their authentic self and higher inner wisdom.
Facilitators Marta Golden and Stephanie Heartsong will lovingly guide participants through a sacred Spirit Drum Journey, inviting symbolic connection with spirit guides, totem animals, and the wisdom of Mother Earth. Rooted in intention and meaningful self-reflection, this immersive experience supports insight, creativity, healing, and deeper connection to self and community.
We conclude with a heart-centered sharing circle for reflection and integration.
