Seniors Kick-Off & Wellness Fair! 🎈City of Hamilton

If you're looking for something to do today, stop by and join the fun! This free community event runs from 10 AM – 3 PM and features over 70 exhibitors, wellness resources, presentations, door prizes, and more for older adults (55+).

Unfortunately, I wasn't able to stay and promote my Balloon Art Therapy Program due to having a little one at home, but I’m so grateful to have been part of this wonderful event by providing the balloon decor. ✨️🎈

🌸✨ Last week’s Bloom Into Spring balloon display was extra special!

This beautiful creation was designed and brought to life by the residents during our Balloon Art Therapy program. From choosing the colours to helping build the display, everyone played a part in creating this master piece.🎈💐

Programs like these encourage creativity, social connection, participation, and meaningful engagement while creating something the whole facility can enjoy.

So proud of what we created together! 💕
