After decades in project controls working across oil & gas, power, and transportation, he realized his sense of urgency was leaving his team behind. ⚠️

"You cannot go too far alone. You have to bring people with you. So you have to calm down. My biggest challenge right now is to pace myself, look at the team, if they're behind, just go back and bring them with you."
