Video is an amazing way to connect with the hearts of
the human beings who follow you on social media.

When you hit that record button you want to make sure that
you are confident and energized to share your message.

There is a process that you can take just before you hit record
that will help you make an impact with the words you speak and
the energy you bring to the video.

1 - FIGURE OUT YOUR TOPIC & MAIN POINTS YOU WANT TO HIT
Write down on a notepad or large board what topic you want to discuss. Then write down2-3 main points that you want to hit on while you talk. This way you have clarity and confidence on where you are heading. Then you can allow your heart to speak.

2 - SHIFT YOUR ENERGY & MIND BEFORE YOU HIT RECORD
You don’t want to show up on your video with low energy or in a negative state. Therefore you can first take few deep breathes to centre yourself. Then you can move your body. Whether its dancing or a quick exercise you want to move that negative and low energy out of your body. Finally I always focus on the person who needs to hear this message and come to a place of service with your video.

3- GIVE YOURSELF THE GRACE TO MAKE A MISTAKE

Be kind to yourself. Don’t try to make the video perfect. Look perfect or say the perfect words. If you don't hit a specific topic or fumble your words try not to be hard on yourself. Give yourself the grace to make a mistake or multiple mistakes. As you create more videos you will get better at it and even then you will make a mistake because you’re human.

ULTIMATELY JUST SHOW UP TO BE OF SERVICE & HAVE FUN WHILE YOU ARE AT IT. ALLOW YOUR AUTHENTIC SELF TO SHINE THROUGH.

GETTING CRYSTAL CLEAR ON WHO YOU ARE TALKING TO, WHO YOUR DREAM CLIENT IS.

& something that people overlook..... BEING AWARE OF AND CONFIDENT WITH WHAT YOU STAND FOR AND STAND BEHIND IN YOUR BUSINESS.

These are the most important keys to success on social media and being able to do this will not only help you with your business but it will also improve your life.
