May is Mental Health Awareness Month, and I wanted to create something a little more supportive than just a single session.
Because real healing… takes space.
It takes consistency.
It takes feeling safe enough to soften.

This isn’t about a quick fix.
It’s about giving your body the time and support it needs to release, regulate, and restore.
