Happy Long Weekend! Hope you are enjoying your summer. It's been a busy summer, full of fun and work. Can't wait to wind down this weekend and have some quiet family time.

A great day spent at the Women in Mortgage Summit. Great panel of women who thrives to make the difference in this industry. Lot's of learning, great conversations, connecting with familiar faces, and made some new connections. Thanks for having me here.

And as you all heard by now, the Bank of Canada cut the overnight rate by 0.25%. It's the first cut since March 2020. I know it's a small cut, but one step into a direction we wanted to see. Both from economic and real estate point of view.

I'll be spending time at home, working on my backyard, spending time with extended family and what's a weekend without going to the arena to watch my son's hockey game. 😉
