Wanna learn how to cut up and use a whole chicken? Inflation is getting us all and we're always looking for ways to cut down on cost and maximize our ingredients. A great way to do that is to purchase whole chickens and cut them into parts yourself! Along the way you can use the bones to make your own homemade stock, render the fat to use as an oil/butter alternative and lots more! If you want to learn these skills and many more, our chicken cutting 101 workshop is perfect for you! You will have hands-on experience learning multiple methods to cut up 2 whole birds (and take them home when you're done!). You will also go home with the workshop literature and a handful of recipes.
