So what exactly is Kundalini Reiki?
Kundalini Reiki is a gentle yet powerful healing modality that works with the body’s natural energy system. It combines the ancient Japanese healing art of Reiki with the concept of Kundalini energy — a powerful life force that flows through the body from the base of the spine up through the crown of the head, clearing blockages and restoring balance along the way.
