The first 🔥🔥🔥 of 2023! We pre-fired the oven today ahead of our first bake of the new year.

Tomorrow we will be making breads, snacks, sweets and one final batch of **double marzipan** sourdough stollen.

This batch will use up the end of a 13 kg block of marzipan we started cutting from in November and of our house-made candied lemon and orange peel.

Come find our goods this *Saturday* in Halifax at the from 8-1 and fresh bread and scones at the .warehouse.market (open at 9 am).
