Soup of the Day 7/100! Today's soup is Kaleh Pacheh, an Iranian breakfast soup! I was thanking my lucky stars that I decided to do a single serving for each of these, because the full dish is typically served family style and features a whole sheep's head! I don't know if I could do that justice just yet! This soup was super cool to research, because all of the recipes I looked at focused on how to ethically source and prepare meats, and I actually learned a ton I didn't know.

I've been back in the metal studio but working on a ton of stuff I can't show just yet, so I'm hoping to get into things I can next week!

Soup of the Day 6/100: Yokohama style ramen! I have to admit, I'm a little disappointed the broth got lost in the bowl of this one, because this style of ramen is all about the broth! It's a combo of shoyu and tonkatsu broths, and characterized by thicker noodles! It was invented by a former truck driver named Yoshimura Minoru. Not a bad way to retire, inventing one of the most loved soups in the world, huh?

I'm excited, I should have metal work to show you again soon, and of course more tiny foods. I'm making a tiny cabbage as I post this!
