The summer mysore session with Seth will start on July 13th. All are welcome from 6-9am Monday-Friday at 5663-303 Cornwallis street in Halifax's north end. No experience needed to learn and practice Ashtanga in this traditional format. $300 tax in for the entire 12-week session.
