She graduated from George Brown College with a diploma in Fashion Business Management but soon discovered her passion for recruitment—connecting people with top talent and meaningful opportunities. Since then, she’s built a dynamic career across sectors, starting in the non-profit world and later working in both public and private organizations.

As they continue to invest in operational excellence, this role offers a unique opportunity to make a real impact.

💼 In this role, you’ll:
✔ Coordinate production workflows for custom machining projects
✔ Optimize schedules, materials, and resources
✔ Support implementation of a new OMS Planning Module
✔ Collaborate closely with the shop floor and procurement teams
✔ Drive efficiency, reduce delays, and support continuous improvement

We’re looking for someone with hands-on planning experience in a machine shop or manufacturing setting—someone who thrives on structure, precision, and proactive problem-solving.
