vanilla orange cake soaked with sparkling wine, filled with MOMosa custard and piped with orange cream buttercream, topped with candied orange zest and a fondant flower

TIRAMISU (1)

espresso cake filled with mascarpone mousse and coffee soaked lady finger, piped with espresso buttercream, cocoa dust and a coffee bean on top

FLOWER GARDEN (2)

chocolate and vanilla cake filled with vanilla bean pastry cream, hand piped with buttercream flowers

PINK LEMONADE (1)

lemon cake with lemon strawberry curd centre, piped with sour lemon and strawberry swirled buttercream and a pink fondant flower on top

DARK CHOCOLATE FLEUR DE SEL (1)

chocolate cake dipped in dark chocolate sea salt ganache, maldon salt flakes on top
