ATLANTICS ‘26 WRAP UP 🎉

This past weekend was a very fun and successful one with the HF team!

Truly one of the most fun and mature groups I’ve had the pleasure of coaching which made the weekend overall super seamless. It’s very underrated how important the mental side of competing is. What I think really does help is for me to be in the trenches alongside it with my people. We’re all in this together and I know exactly how they have felt at any point through this journey. They know I am there for them and with them every step of the way.

4th in a very good and competitive Figure lineup (1pt off 3rd)

All of these athletes competed in the larger and more competitive classes in the show. What’s most important to me is the undeniable substantial progress each one of them made through the prep and previous offszn that has helped them leap into the next level and climb the next wrung of the ladder.

I do feel like some placings could have easily changed with judging this weekend. That however is bodybuilding. It is a fully subjective sport and when classes are competitive, it can be hard for each judge to fall in agreement with the same order.

We don’t do this for anyone else though. We do it for ourselves and to challenge each other to be better for us and everyone around us. Bodybuilding, mind building, and spirit building. Never forget about those last two 🫡
