June is 𝗣𝗧𝗦𝗗 𝗔𝘄𝗮𝗿𝗲𝗻𝗲𝘀𝘀 𝗠𝗼𝗻𝘁𝗵 and 𝗠𝗲𝗻'𝘀 𝗠𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗮𝗹 𝗛𝗲𝗮𝗹𝘁𝗵 𝗔𝘄𝗮𝗿𝗲𝗻𝗲𝘀𝘀 𝗠𝗼𝗻𝘁𝗵—an important reminder that trauma can affect anyone, and that support can make all the difference.

Last February, several members of our team came together to record a deeply personal message about the impact of the tragedy our clinic experienced in December 2021 and the support that helped us navigate the difficult days, weeks, months and years that followed.

The video was first shared publicly at the TEMA Foundation's Education Day this past May. We felt this month was an especially meaningful time to share it more broadly.

Healing doesn't happen overnight, and no one should have to face trauma alone. The compassion, guidance, and care provided by the TEMA Foundation helped many of us process our experiences and find a path forward. We remain incredibly grateful for their support.
