Here's my first serious painting in like 2 years!!! 😳

Tbh, I was struggling to find any motivation to paint or even do anything related to art for so long! But when I stumbled across some wildlife photos on Pinterest , I couldn't resist but get the canvas and put it out there! I'm so excited and motivated, again, to finish a painting. Also, this is my first time using oil paints for a wildlife painting.

So far, I feel quite confident that I can do it despite the learning curves and no prior experience with oil paints. But let's see where we go from here! 😊

I was always skeptical about painting wildlife but now that I've started, I want to practice more, I want to experiment with different techniques and what not!

While I painted this, I was not sure about the background but my friend suggested I paint the background brown. What do you think? Should I paint it some other color or brown looks good?
