Another trip around the sun is up! Sincere thanks to our clients for continuing to entrust us with your wellbeing and care. 2025 was memorable, with more folks then ever connecting online and in clinic to learn about swelling care and seek MLD therapy to make a difference in their lives.

Experiencing occasional leg swelling? Elevate! Find a comfy spot to lie down and use pillows to raise your legs slightly higher than your heart. Relax like this for 10 minutes a couple times a day. This eases leg tension and aches, boosts circulation, and lowers swelling. https://mldclinic.ca/why-we-swell
P.S. If you wear compression garments to manage chronic swelling, it’s a nice way to finish the day!

Holiday events centre around food. Yum! It nourishes the belly and soul. After the indulgences, a couple of thoughts to get back on track…Inflammatory foods increase inflammation and swelling, and many health conditions (including lymphedema, lipedema, heart disease and diabetes) create an ongoing inflammatory response too.
