This week is Massage Therapy Awareness Week! Massage Therapy treats over 70 conditions and is great to help alleviate pain.

I love this so much! As an RMT I can’t do all the work. If you’ve got tight muscles think about what needs to be strengthened and stabilized before your body can let go and release.
