Everything on it appears to be original and the plate on it reads Silver Label Electro-Hat Stretcher. Volts 120 watts 375 It has numbers for head sizes 6 3/8 - 7 7/8 and inch marks for the head sizes ranging from 20 to 25 inches. $250.00 OBO I accept E-transfer, Visa, MC or PayPal payments only.
