starting your journey looks different for everyone.
If you aren’t used to physical activity starting out with 10min of movement a day is reasonable. If you’re trying to aim for 30min a day you may fail before you succeed because it may feel “overwhelming” when you aren’t used to that routine.
If you’ve never lifted weights, starting out 3 times a week for 20-30min is reasonable. Trying to aim for 5 times a week for 1 hour is more difficult as again you are not used to it.
Start out small and work your way up.
10min a day of daily movement -> 30min a day of daily movement.
3 weightlifting sessions a week @ 20-30min -> 5 weightlifting sessions a week @ 30min
1 walk a week -> 3 walks a week
8oz of water -> 16oz of water

✨ new year, same passion for fitness ✨
We’re a month into 2026 so I thought it was time to re-introduce myself to those who are new or need a refresher - welcomeee 🤗 I’m Kaylee, your fitness and nutrition coach ! I started my fitness journey in 2018 for my own personal reasons. Fast forward to 2022 I decided I wanted to dive further into the fitness industry and get certified!
I am a neurodivergent mom of 1 and have been on this journey for 8 years while constantly evolving and learning new things along the way.
As a fitness and nutrition coach I specialize in online coaching to help with building muscle, strength/flexibility, fat loss, and behavioural/habit changes. I pride myself on my knowledge and passion for health and wellness, and the incredible results I deliver.
