R&C is back on Saturday, December 2nd featuring the Detroit legend, the one and only w/

Waajeed is a musical artist and DJ from Detroit, constantly shape-shifting to inspire the spirit of his people. A founding member of Slum Village, his over twenty year career has found him collaborating with musicians from all over the spectrum of sound including Theo Parrish, Mad Mike Banks, Jon Dixon and Carl Craig.

Waajeed's Techno and house productions continue to push the boundaries of what dance music can be. Waajeed is the recipient of DJ Mag's 2023 Underground Hero Award. Currently, he is working to build out the Underground Music Academy to foster multi-generational skill-sharing for Detroit musicians.

No cover, great beer and a hifi sound system and just down the street from the event location.

Douvet will be playing a 3 hour all vinyl set to get your ready for R&C’s 1 year anniversary.
