Arcus Legal will be closed on Monday, February 16, 2026, in observance of Nova Scotia Heritage Day. Our office will reopen on Tuesday, February 17, 2026.

For Heritage Day 2026, Nova Scotia honours Joseph William (“Willie”) Comeau. Comeau was a long-serving Nova Scotia Liberal politician and Acadian leader who represented both Digby and Clare in the Nova Scotia House of Assembly for over 30 years and was appointed to the Senate of Canada in 1948.

Comeau’s long standing career reflects a lasting commitment to public service and Acadian culture.

In recognition of the National Day for Truth and Reconciliation, Arcus Legal will close its office on Tuesday, September 30th.

Our office will reopen on Wednesday, October 1st.
