I would like to introduce myself. My name is Lisa Julian. 5 years ago in April, I decided to open my own Virtual Assistant business. I am an honest, dependable person who strives in a busy work environment and has learned how to navigate family and the workplace. I have 20 years experience as a medical administrative assistant around the Colchester area. 7 months ago I opened another business with 3 amazing ladies called Hub Billing Services. Which we bill MSI claims.

I currently have several contracts with physicians and businesses. One of which is coming to a close July 1st (as I couldn’t commit to working 4 nights a week and all day Friday so I had to resign. I love the patients I work and physician/nurse but also see other physicians struggle with paperwork and tasks that keep doctors from the important part of their lives. I felt the need to offer my services so that they would have more time to do their important tasks, such as running their practice. As Covid has shown us this is a very big part of our lives and working virtually has been the answer for many people.

I do have room at this time to grow my business yet again, whether it is accommodating your everyday tasks, big or small and I would like to offer my services. This could be to 1 hour to several hours, whether the job is big or small.

I am a professional virtual administrative assistant that works long hours and strive for perfection in a working in a very fast pace work environment. I am proactive and enjoy scouting out new continuing education opportunities. I can also provide references upon request. Enjoy the first day of summer tomorrow!
