Hiring: Construction Painter – Full-Time
JAZ Renovations LTD. is looking for an experienced Construction Painter to join our team in Dartmouth, NS.
Position: Construction Painter
Location: Dartmouth, NS and various job sites
Job type: Full-time, permanent
Hours: 35–40 hours per week
Wage: $33.00 per hour
Vacancies: 1
Main duties include:
Preparing, cleaning, sanding, and repairing surfaces before painting
Mixing and applying paint, primer, stains, varnishes, and coatings
Using brushes, rollers, and spray equipment
Painting interior and exterior residential/commercial surfaces
Repairing cracks, holes, and minor drywall imperfections
Using ladders/scaffolding safely when required
Protecting client property and keeping job sites clean
Requirements:
Minimum 1.5 years of painting or construction painting experience preferred
English required
Ability to work full-time and travel to different job sites
Reliable, punctual, detail-oriented, and able to work as part of a team
Steel-toed safety boots required
Valid driver’s licence is an asset
