What inspired me to become a massage therapist?

In my mid-20s, I climbed a technical mountain in New York State with my dad and friends. I wasn’t prepared, and by the end, I had intense pain shooting down my left leg. 😣

A friend recommended a massage therapist, and after a few sessions, not only did I feel relief, but I also became fascinated with the human body. This sparked my passion for both massage therapy and the healing power of the outdoors. 🌲

Two months later, I enrolled in a 2-year diploma program for Registered Massage Therapy. Now, 7 years later, I’m still passionate about helping people become more in tune with their bodies. My most popular treatments are Indian Head Massage and Hot Stone Massage, both of which offer deep relaxation, decrease muscle tension and stress relief. I also offer variations of these treatments during a standard Swedish massage.

When we relax our minds, our bodies and muscles relax too, making it easier for me to support your healing process. Thank you for trusting me on your wellness journey. 💙
