This week, I was lucky enough to attend a full day course focused on Pelvic Health which was hosted by the Ontario Association of Osteopathic Manual Practitioners in Toronto 🙌🏻

I was lucky enough to learn from some of the best .sinead about:

This is a field I am so passionate about and will always continue to learn & grow to better serve my female clients with all things Pelvic Health! 🤲🏼
