While I love being a virtual assistant and social media manager, I wouldn’t want to work with just anybody.

Choosing the integrate my precious healthcare experience, my passion for trauma healing & the highly sensitive community, and my love for design, marketing, and detail-oriented work, has allowed me to connect with some of the most incredible clients.

Supporting those who have committed their career to educating others, breaking cycles, decreasing stigmas, and holding compassionate spaces… has been the greatest gift.

And nothing lights me up more when I get to see clients expanding their businesses, reaching more people, and using their platforms to invite important conversations. 🙌🏻

It’s actually… good news! 👏🏻

There seems to be never-ending Instagram updates these days, but thankfully some are pretty helpful.

Especially if you’re a therapist or coach with a smaller account who is trying to increase brand awareness (and perhaps doesn’t have a super engaged following yet).

Be sure to include keywords in your captions, reels, and perhaps at the bottom of your captions too as a separate list (this is helpful in case you didn’t include enough in your caption).

These new changes will be rolled out slowly so it may take a bit before we see this in full action, but - I’m hoping it will prove to be super beneficial for you! 🙌🏻

There are endless things to focus on when it comes to social media marketing.

But if you don’t have the proper foundation for your marketing, none of those other things will matter!

2️⃣ Showing your audience you care

3️⃣ Talking about your offers and services

When you start putting effort and thought into these three areas, it makes all of the other strategy, tips, and add-ons MUCH more effective (and less of a waste of time).
