This session brings local sport, health, and rehab professionals together through a structured training session and a practical learning discussion.

What the session looks like:
35-minute coached workout
15-minute transition
35-minute learning session

This session’s presenter:
Kristin Bignell — Owner & Registered Physiotherapist, East Mill Physio

Kristin will be speaking on how neurofunctional factors influence pain and performance, and how to recognize when something is not purely structural. She’ll also walk through how to screen for these contributors and apply your findings in a way clients understand.
