We road tripped in the VanJam with a 1 year old 😂 I highly recommend it.

While we were there and that moment was shared with Nanny, Poppy & Big Sis!

I’m so proud of all the work we have done to create a cozy little Oceanside escape. We have more to do but I feel so excited for what we have created. And can’t wait to share it.

You’re cracking my heart wide open daily, inspiring me to share, be BOLD and keep living full out this adventurous life. Everyday I watch you sharing your hearts, speaking your truths and I’m obsessed, with all of it.

It’s what launched The Soul Flow.

Real women being in their power + possibility. I wanted to create a book that celebrated courageous women who took chances, who did the scary stuff to create the lives they had dreamt about.

I did it too.

The scary stuff I pushed myself to sell my vision to strangers, ran a kickstarter campaign raised the money to do the trip, I bought a van, travelled the country from coast to coast, lived in that van with a stranger for 30 days and put some feet on the dreams I had to create a book that shared the stories.

It scared the S**T out of me.

But I did it anyways because I felt called to do it. The way my heart keeps being pulled now to create this THING that is what I believe to be my Soul Flow. I still have no idea where its going. But its gonna be BIG. I know that on a soul level.

Pure Magic is what it feels like.

I’m listening to the nudges, paying close attention to the coincidences and celebrating the random introductions. Because they are all connected and are guiding the next phase.��Mamas are calling me and it’s WILD.

Can you feel the rumbling of mamas uniting? Lately I’ve been hearing more unique stories of how mamas are just making life happen. On zero sleep, plump bodies, the realness, the rawness and we legit need more of it!

Its a battle cry for honesty.

Please mama if you feel it too share this with a mama that inspires you, tag her, tell her how much you love all she stands for.

I can't even wait to bring my baby Sharky on adventures just like this.

My vision has always been to live in a couple different places (Muskoka, Florida, Newfoundland) who knows where, to live a life full of experiences and empower women to have the courage to believe in their own possibility 💗

That's why I created The Soul Flow to share real life experiences of women who are living their dreams, being bold and courageous daily!

As I'm sitting here feeding baby Sharky "Nap Trapped" which is my new favorite place to be stuck, it's time to get real. This time makes me slow down and think about what I want and what's important right NOW.

I have this beautiful book that's just sitting up here in my studio going to waste - NO really I'm staring at piles of books which is making me a little sad!!!
