- List 3 things you are grateful for
- List all the people in your life that love you
- Smile, Breathe and remind yourself you'll be okay
- Throw yourself a dance party
- Write down what you 'have' to get done and do ONE of those things
- Call someone and tell them how much you appreciate them
- Write a list of all the amazing qualities about yourself

Our first workout as a group was a success!

Movement and physical activity is necessary for each and every single one of us. It's important in so many ways and here are some just to name a few :)

1. Enhanced Mood
2. Healthier Lymph System (The process responsible for removing and draining toxins you put into your body)
3. Healthier Bones
4. Enhanced Brain Health
5. Improved S*x Life
6. Overall Increase in Well Being and Health
7. Lessens the chances of developing illness (Cancer and etc)
