Good afternoon, I hope you have been able to enjoy some of this early Spring weather we have been treated to ☀️. I just wanted to give you a quick update on a change that has happened at Lifemark over the past week. My schedule will be a little chaotic for the foreseeable future. Unfortunately, the second massage therapist that has been part of the team for the last year has made the decision to move on to new adventures and I wish him the best of luck. As a result of his departure, my schedule has become quite packed as we, myself and Lifemark staff, do our best to accommodate his active clientele. As I mentioned last week, starting in April, I will be adjusting my hours on Mondays to help make things a bit easier for everyone. Having said all that, I do have a couple of available appointments next week and the week after so if you have been thinking about scheduling a massage, don’t delay! I hope you had a wonderful summer with fun, adventures and relaxation 🙂. After a fun filled summer, working summer hours, I’m back to regular hours with start of fall (and the school year for my son). As a reminder my hours are:

Good morning! I hope everyone has been able to ease into the fall weather over the last couple of weeks. I thought I would let you all know that I have 2 appointments for this week that have become available: Tuesday Sept. 27 (tomorrow) at 12:00 and Wednesday Sept. 28 at 9:00. If you are looking to get a massage this week, now would be the time to call (780-539-5088) and schedule in. In addition, I will be out of the office this Friday for Truth and Reconciliation Day, although the clinic will remain open for physiotherapy and other services. Hope to see you soon!
