Congratulations to our 2026–2027 Grande Prairie Princess, Paige Aubichon, and Grande Prairie Warrior, Ethan Coers. We wish you both a wonderful year ahead as you represent and carry forward the teachings, values, and spirit of our community.

Congratulations as well to all of the Indigenous graduates we had the privilege of honouring during the Pow Wow. Your hard work, perseverance, and accomplishments are something to be celebrated. We are proud of each of you and wish you continued success as you begin the next chapter of your journeys.

Congratulations to Nabejean , Little Red River for coming in First in Handgames, Up Towners, Grouard 2nd, Owls, HorseLake 3rd and Kelly Lake First Nation 4th.

It was also truly an honour to recognize Fran Rogers as an Outstanding Community Member and celebrate her contributions, dedication, and service to the community.

Events like this are only possible because so many people come together to celebrate, honour, and strengthen Indigenous culture, traditions, and community connections.
