I am counting the time down till the start of this awesomeness!! A full hour dedicated to relaxation, meditation, connection, and the healing sounds of crystals bowls!

Shauna will guide us in this delightful event, and her passion for sound therapy is truly heart felt! For me, watching someone sit in their passion, share it with others…this brings pure joy! That inner connection to self is vital to our journeys, and a sound bath is a wonderful experience to do just that!

There are a few opening available for tonight, which means drop ins are welcome!! Grab your yoga mat, favorite blanket, pillow, water and your journal! Wear your comfy clothes and tuck yourself in to enjoy the sounds for a blissful hour!
