Meet Tyler Knutsvik.
Tyler joined InPhase/CDN in 2016 as an Electrical & Instrumentation Apprentice. Since then, he has earned his Instrumentation Journeyman certification and grown into a Foreman role.
While Tyler's growth has been impressive, it's his character that people remember. He shows up with a positive attitude, takes pride in his work, and genuinely cares about the people around him.
His story is a reminder that while careers are built through hard work, they're shaped by the people who support us along the way. Tyler is a great example of someone who is committed to learning, growing, and supporting those around him.

We were honoured to attend the Tea Dance Ceremony at the Powwow & Tipi Camp in Okotoks — a meaningful celebration of culture, community, and connection.
During the ceremony, we were gifted a beaded bald eagle feather in CDN colours, a deeply meaningful honour. We’re grateful to have been welcomed into this space, to continue learning through these experiences, and to support Indigenous communities beyond the Nations we are formally partnered with.
