Stop working or scrolling and be present with your food. It’s hard to hear the signals our body tells us if we are distracted. Slow down, taste it and listen. You will get better digestion. Feel your hunger cues and when to stop. And it will help you be more productive after. 🐿️

Food prepping. Make it simple and get the littles involved. High protein breakfast bowls are pretty easy. 1 🥚, 1/2 cup egg white, 1/2 cup cottage 🧀, slice 🥓 or Turkey sausage or not, handful of veg 🫑. Seasonings 🧂 🌶️. 400 for 35 ish minutes. 💥 done Don’t overthink food, make it simple and have some fun.
