This week we want to show our appreciation and celebrate one of the most vital, selfless, and courageous groups in our society—our nurses. We acknowledge their unwavering dedication and devotion.

Nursing requires a rare blend of compassion, resilience, skill, and grace under pressure. They are there during life’s most critical moments—whether it's the birth of a new life, the struggle of illness, or the final moments of someone’s journey. They are healers, advocates, counselors, and, often, quiet heroes.

Shift Imaging has some remarkable Nurses who help run our Pain Management department. They deliver specialized patient care and assist our Radiologists in procedures with incredible skill and compassion. Thank you all for your invaluable contributions and for continuing to care for the health and well-being of our nation.

Our clinic will be closed Monday, December 23 through Sunday, January 5th, and will resume normal business hours beginning Monday, January 6th.

This Remembrance Day, we honour the bravery and sacrifice of all the women and men whose lives have been lost or forever changed fighting for our freedoms.

Please note that Shift Imaging will be closed Monday November 11th in observance of Rememberande Day and reopen Tuesday, November 12th for regular business hours.

Shift Imaging is pleased to announce its reports are now available on Connect Care. We thank our patients and referring providers for enduring the 40-month failure by Alberta Health Services North Zone management to connect us to Connect Care. We commend the new leadership at Alberta Health Services for prioritizing the needs of the rural patients we share, and we recognize Alberta Health’s commitment to healthcare reform when needed most.
